This architectural gem was a challenge but ultimately a project that we were able to breathe new life into through the homeowners vision for their space. 198 Northlake - Waterloo
This stunning 2 level home renovation was recently completed by our Renovation Department. From the sleek lines, brilliant look and unique touches, we were able to make this home an absolutely modern dream for the home owner. Custom work is also one of our specialties, like the smoked resin and wood barn door that holds a special place in the homeowners heart and completed the space so brilliantly.
Taking the old and making it new again
Some of our most recent projects include refurbishing old buildings, giving life to unused spaces or simply adding to existing landmarks. Mostly in city-centers or areas in need of housing, we are creating comfortable, living spaces to ultimately help ease the housing-crises in our community. There are several projects around Ontario we have our hands on in this aspect and we are excited to be able to contribute in this manner.
270 Spadina - The woodside Apartments
This project was particularly laborious as we took on a major construction, by adding a completely new underground parking system that can accommodate current and future tenants vehicles as finishing a surface area for visitor parking - a rarity among downtown apartment complexes. This took the majority of the timeline to complete, but ultimately made the building more accessible and created usable space for all. We also upgraded the existing building, and the second phase new building was completed this past August 2023. The 2 years of work paid off as tenants started to occupy the newer 90 unit building in July, while we maintained security and as little impact as possible to allow them to live relatively undisturbed. Phase 3 will start within the next year or so, bringing even more sustainable housing to the community and breathe new life into the local neighborhood.

Historically-inspired brick homes with modern luxuries and conveniences
We took historically-inspired family luxury homes in Kitchener’s booming East/Civic Ward and made them new again. Nestled between classic, near century old residences, designed to honour their surroundings. These locations were tough to beat in today’s market, being 15-minutes by foot from the downtown core’s many businesses, entertainment venues, and civic amenities.
