This lower-level renovation transformed a raised ranch home to meet full wheelchair accessibility standards. All doorways were enlarged to 36"+. A barrier-free roll-in shower with integrated transfer area and open-concept accessible vanity were built from the ground up.
The outcome: our client was able to leave a long-term care facility and return to the comfort of his own home.

A multi-generational family welcomed elderly parents into their home — but the stairs made daily life difficult. We structurally modified the floor opening between levels to install a single-person residential elevator.
